This policy explains how AGGREGATIVE VALUE SOLUTIONS AGGVAL LLC, operating the iDataSync service ("iDataSync", "we", "us"), handles personal data through its website, accounts, integrations and support services.

Our role

iDataSync is responsible for personal data used to manage enquiries, accounts, subscriptions, billing, security and its own business operations.

When a customer asks iDataSync to collect, transfer, transform or synchronize personal data from customer-controlled or third-party systems, the customer determines the purpose and lawful basis of that processing. iDataSync processes the data as a technical service provider according to the customer's lawful instructions.

Data we collect

Depending on the service, we may process:

name, email, phone, organization and contact messages;
account identifiers, authentication information and preferences;
subscription, invoice, payment status and transaction references;
source-system identifiers, records, fields and files required for an agreed integration;
API keys, access tokens, cookies or authenticated-session data needed to operate a connector;
browser-extension events and limited page data required for a configured workflow;
device, browser, IP address, request, diagnostic, security and synchronization logs;
communications with sales, support and administration.

Payment processors handle payment-card details under their own policies. iDataSync does not intentionally store complete card numbers or card security codes.

Web extraction and customer instructions

Data obtained through controlled web extraction or browser automation is processed only for the configured customer workflow. The customer is responsible for having the authority and permissions required to access and use the source and data.

iDataSync does not use customer-extracted data for unrelated advertising, resale or independent profiling.

How we use data

We use personal data to:

respond to enquiries and assess requested integrations;
create and administer accounts;
implement, operate, monitor and support connectors and synchronizations;
authenticate access and protect credentials;
process subscriptions, invoices and accounting records;
diagnose errors, measure synchronization results and restore service;
prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
communicate service, billing and security notices;
comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations;
improve services using aggregated or de-identified information.

We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing relies on performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent when required.

Service providers and disclosures

We may share only the data reasonably necessary with providers supporting hosting, infrastructure, email, customer support, monitoring, analytics, accounting, fraud prevention and payment processing. They may process data only for the relevant service and are subject to contractual, legal and security obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with the person's authorization.

International processing

iDataSync serves customers internationally. Data may be processed in the United States, the European Union or other countries where iDataSync or its providers operate. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used for international transfers.

Retention and deletion

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the integration, account, support, security, contractual, accounting or legal purpose for which it was collected. Billing and tax records are retained for the legally required period.

Connector data, credentials and logs are deleted, anonymized or allowed to expire after they are no longer needed, subject to the applicable order, lawful retention requirements and normal backup cycles. Customers should request an export before termination when needed.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls, encrypted transmission where supported, credential protection, restricted administrative access, logging and service monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Suspected privacy or security incidents should be reported promptly to contact@idatasync.com.

Rights and requests

Depending on location, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and to withdraw consent. Requests may be sent to contact@idatasync.com. We may verify identity before responding.

For data processed on behalf of a customer, the request should normally be directed to that customer. iDataSync will reasonably assist the customer where required by the applicable service agreement or law.

Individuals may also complain to the data protection authority responsible for their location.

Cookies and browser storage

The website and dashboard may use cookies or equivalent browser storage required for authentication, security, language selection and preferences. The Cookie Policy provides additional details.

Children

iDataSync is intended for businesses and authorized adult users and is not directed to children. A customer that instructs iDataSync to process information about minors is responsible for the required lawful basis, notices and safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy when services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be published with the policy.
